Original.
Always wonder why this game wasn't on steam in the first place.

Yeah, but i think there are some added scenes. However i'm not sure, I played the original a couple of years ago and maybe I simply don't remember them.

So why isn't it called "American McGee's Grimm"?

INDEED! A more excellent and fascinating question than you think...

It's the original game.

And it's not called "American McGee's Grimm" just because. This is American answering the comment - and I can tell you, I don't really care about my name being on these games. Seems to cause more people to get upset than it's worth... and I never "decide" to add my name to begin with. It's always the publishers that ask for it. You can see with all the games Spicy Horse has published on its own, we (I) don't force the name on those titles, even when we (I) have full control to do so.

Thank you very much for resolving the confusion, American!

Do people ever call you "Murican"?

@GodMagnus, when I was little... my little sisters called me something that sounded like that. I discovered later in life this thing: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merkin

So yeah, that's not one of the better nicknames :P

Holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you're American Mcgee?! You're like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rockstar to me. I have adored every game that has ever had your name attached to it and then some. Every single one of my top favorite games of all time, you had a hand in making. I grew up with you man.

P.S. please bring Bad Day L.A. to Steam <3

Haha. Someone who loves Bad Day LA?! You guys are few and far between... but you're out there (literally and figuratively). I think it would be hilarious to bring it to Steam. Sadly, my relationship with the publisher who funded/released the title is about as low as the game's Metacritic score... so I doubt there's much chance they'd ever agree to bring it over. Also, it was a buggy, broken mess... I cringe thinking about all the effort we've have to put into Community Management on THAT. Yikes. Anyway, thanks for the love. Right back at you :)

BDLA suffer from really really REALLY BAD voice acting.
The rest of the game was ok.
And even "bad rats" can be sold if the price is right. ;)

That's what made it such a gem. It was terrible but charming in it's own way. I had endless hours of fun playing that game. Sure, it was a step away from some other works - but I had a soft spot for unique...and unique it certainly was. Not to mention the raging on I had for cell shading. Man I thought that ♥♥♥♥ was the future.

One of my favorite games ever.

Well, my favorite was Scrapland, but that seemed a aeon ago. I barely could remember the title now, thanks to such mass media games like World of Warcraft in which I have been stuck for quite a while. Grimm is also a great title I am playing at the moment. Why do I like it?

Maybe I am myself kind of grim? Most people think I am quite on the macabre, sinister kind... Well that is life, and at least I feel comfortable with it.

On the other hand, it might be attributed to the fact that I've been an altruist more than two thirds of my life, and since many people don't mind stepping over your still warm and twitching body I've grown up to be a ghoul.

Well, thank you for the great game!
