I went finished all WALES games and many other FMVs, but what is this? I'm only judging by the trailer and this is the most boring FMV game trailer I've ever seen. Usually interesting and dynamic moments from the game are added to the trailer, but here it just demonstrates an incomprehensible slow pace, as some guy walks around different locations to a boring soundtrack....

So for the chess puzzle I think I managed to find mate but nothing happened. Then on another playthrough I made another move that clearly wasn't mate and then I beat the puzzle. What am I missing here?

Spoilers Ahead: Nothing in the story makes sense, the Protagonist somehow knows exactly what to say in certain moments despite the player not knowing. There are inconsistencies and just generally the characters don't act realistic. Sometimes when you choose an option, your character does something extra that you didn't tell him to, something or he does something different all together. At one point a guy I've been talking to was all of a sudden a woman, with no explanation as to how that happened or why,...
