Will wait for a patch before continuing.
Man, this remaster lookd really good until I could not see anything anymore.
Some parts were sooo darn dark
So frustating had to find portal so i could switf to material realm becase i couldnt see earlier before going to spectral realm
I found a fix while streaming and i simply changed my monitors color space to RGB range full, from limited and i can see in the cathedral now. i hope this helps others enjoy the game HELLLLL YEAHHH
My game at the cathedral
One rig can load the same save, on my preferred rig it suddenly became so dark I couldn't progress the game farther. Im just mad because I was having fun until then and now I just have to hope the Devs view it as enough of a problem to do something about
I just bought a new monitor! I bought this little fella:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YGZL8XF
I just got done setting the monitor to how I like it and decided that I should look at some of the pics of the darkness bug. And although wow, this monitor is amazing, the game still looks too dark and the background is just a black void behind Raziel. While true I can make out a little more detail in the foreground than on my laptop's screen, it's clearly not supposed to be a black wall behind Raziel.
This game is broken
Would highly recommend this mod. It literally turned the silent cathedral from being darkness simulator to normal i should say. Followed the guys instructions and made sure to have a mapped key so when cutscenes come on I can turn off the effect.
