Right :)
Wait until the younger ones wake up. Problem these days is that games with a deep story and lore automatically get less good reviews as an fast paced shooter or casual cozy game.
Hopefully, the reviewer got a pre-launch build, and the actual public PC version will have graphics options, right now that's what I'm hoping was the case. If it isn't the case, here's to hoping Aspyr fixes that with a post-release patch sooner rather than later. I guess I'll see it for myself when the GOG version becomes available, which according to the game card countdown is 13 hours from now, a bit later than here on Steam.
If it's anything like the Tomb Raider remasters the game will simply use the desktop resolution. So if you want to use 720p, switch your desktop to 720p before playing.
Kind of a lame solution, but at least it's something, I guess. Just hoping it won't actually come to that. Pretty baffling that such a lauded remaster, such as Tomb Raider I-II-III doesn't have any semblance of video options but people decide to complain about some "censorhip" instead, but... OK? It seems like all the "valid concerns" are all directed at pretty "invalid", irrelevant stuff, all the while actual issues get ignored.
"The level design is fairly dull, the combat is incredibly simple, and the gameplay too often revolves around box puzzles. There are so many boxes to push in the first game that I started groaning whenever I saw another one. That coupled with the game’s weird, somewhat useless save system made for an experience that I certainly didn’t relish."[/b]
