SR1 Water Glyph altar bug

When trying to obtain the water glyph in the human citadel, you need to use a block. When you do so, a part of the floor glitches and breaks, and if you push the block into the crack it falls below the floor into the void.
If you save and load, the floor becomes fixed, but the block will not be available anymore (it must be below the floor)

That's the one glyph I missed on my playthrough. I got lost around the citadel for a few hours. I did everything and then got to the fountain and no glyph for me.
