Pitch Black bug

[The Champion of Prophecy]

Early in the game, on my way to Melchiah, I ended up accidentally going back around on myself, I was a bit annoyed, but accepted it as my own fault. However, upon opening the door (which i'd entered the area through previously, I was greeted with pitch blackness. I could only see Raziel and torches. I switched to Spectral in an effort to rectify the bug, only to have it remain, except now the void I was stuck in was green instead of black, and I could see portals through the walls. In the distance I could also see the inside of another room.
after running around in this state for a while, Raziel eventually fell into a bottomless hole, just stuck with his arms raised forever. i assume this was a bug that caused the level outside the door I opened to not load. anyone else seen this bug yet?
