Bug, Skull moutain or naparters keep. (depending if that is what it is or not)
theres a force cube at the top of the cliff, with a wall to scale to reach the cliff right now its impossiable to reach due to a bug where even after moving said block the game reads it as if its still there.

ok so it is called Nupraptors keep, i always thought it was as well not to spoil anything but it is the only other place i can think of that has a skull for a building thats on a hill.
