If you're using Windows, make sure that XInput is enabled by going to Help & Options > Settings > Enable XInput (then restart the game).
If you're not using Windows or if XInput doesn't help, you'll probably have to manually remap the buttons by going to Help & Options > Controls > Player X Controls (where X = the player who is using the Rock Candy controller).
Let me know if that helps. Thanks!
1. Try installing the driver from https://github.com/360Controller/360Controller/releases This driver adds support for official Xbox controllers on the Mac, but it may also work for you since your controller is Xbox-compatible.
2. You can remap the buttons for that player as mentioned by going to Help & Options > Controls > Player X Controls (where X = the player who is using the Rock Candy controller). You can use the PS3 controller or the keyboard (arrow keys + return/escape) to navigate to here and then use the Rock Candy controller when it prompts you to press a button for the mapping.
