For those of you wanting online co-op...

Curious... would it be worth your while to pay AN ADDITIONAL $15 to $20 to add such a feature? I'm wondering that may be what's required to get such a feature in.

Yes, I've read posts that cite other small indie teams were able to do online MP. But you have to wonder for each of those successes, how many others decide they couldn't go that route.

Having chatted with the developer, it seems as though this will never recieve online multiplayer. The programmer for this game has moved on to other projects doing porting and such for larger companies. He is not interested rewriting code to making this online multiplayer. On a positive side, it seems as though any future games by the developer will be coded with online multiplayer in mind. When this game was created it was made as a hobby and the success of the game was not anticapted whatsoever. This game was actually a product of a dev-a-thon, where devs get together and try to create a game in a weekend, which is the main reason no online co-op was added. If a sequel is ever created of this game, it will likely have online multiplayer.

Oh yeah, I heard about this as well (but forgot about it)! Another thing is the theme was originally goth (gothic?), but was rethemed to something, more appealing.
