Is there a way to remove gems from stations?

I've been trying to swap gems from and to different stations and i just can't figure it out. Is there a way?

Yes, there is a way, but you can't do it in the first couple of levels. Just wait for it.

Yeah it seems like pc is the only platfirm that has dedicated forums for literally every game on steam, uplay, and origin combined.

You can also just replace the gems without removing them, but you lose one that way.

there is an item called 'Gem Remover' and it looks like a wrench.

After the first few levels, in between the levels, below you will be a tool box with 4 hearts surrounding it. break the tool box and you will get a gem remover, it is like a wrench. It can only be used once and is carried around like a gem. To use it, you put it on the machine that you want and the all gems that are currently there will fall out.

Be careful if you want to save it for later, drop it at an open space, not close to a machine. I did it once, and I wasted it.
