Mana Key Stone "casting time"

Is it influenced by the shorter casting time stat or do I get any buff that makes charing a mana stone device thing shorter?

it is NOT influenced by the shorter casting time stat, its a game mechanic for puzzles and cannot be shortened... to make it harder to get the more prominent items like the "Paladin's Armor" which is a +15 armor which makes you immune to freeze and a few other things :) along with adding a "Light" based attack to your combo. All armor and weapons can normally either be found behind one of these crazy puzzles or traded for in the game :) Good luck
