5 luck is useful for start, bot don't expect too much coins - i find only 1 random coin on ~6 hours of my walkthrough.
Endgame bosses can give you permanent bonus +2 for all stats, if you take "S".
You can then do farming sessions with that specific setup, but be warned, with only 5 luck, Ancient Coins won't drop often. If you farm them, I also advise you to farm Ferals, because killing demons and angels respectivly increase Eye of Myrgato and Eye of Alagath HP, making them harder.
God Hand's damage is indeed effected by Int.
As for the weapon, Prayer Staff with a pure Int build is almost cheap! :p
But any weapon can work (well, it would be a shame to use the Mace and not at least have some Attack Power)
The only thing to keep in mind, is that Unarmed and Totam will need the use of one of the Bracers accessory, and either the Divine, Ice, or Fire weapon buff to do reliable damage.
I clearly remember destroying her, and everything else, with that build...
