Boss rank tracking mod?

I see a lot of videos online showcasing people having a boss rank tracker above each boss's health bar.
Is it an unlockable? a mod? I can't seem to find how to showcase such information.
Can anyone point me to how I can show this info?

Not a mod, it's base.

It might be it unlocks only under condition though (like beating the game or whatever), I would not know as the tracker did not exist on earlier versions of the game and when it was added I already did quite a lot of playthroughs
