I'd preorder Valdis Story 2!1!1!!!
Seriously though, yeah I'd totally buy Valdis Story 2 so long as it was the same kind of gameplay as Valdis Story 1. I thoroughly enjoy Valdis Story; haven't really encountered games close to its gameplay. Games like Ys, Dust: An Eleysion Tale, Bastion, Castlevania and the MegaMan X games are along the same lines but each handles Combat, Character Building and Exploration very differently.
...and speaking of Fae Tactics (the Tactics styled rpg) I'm planning on buying that too. I'm a sucker for any game trying to be akin to Final Fantasy Tactics or Tactics: Ogre. Provided it has complexity and customization but not "filler" styled complexity akin to the newer Disgaea games.
If they came out with another game I would definitely consider getting it. I am curious on what the setting and story would be though. Would they return to the Hyogokun Fortress, or perhaps expand upon the world on the surface? What about the development of the characters? Just a few questions I can think of atm, but I would definitely get the game.
As for their Tactical RPG I am looking forward to it and I agree with Setzway. I am just drawn to the character progression and strategic/tactical aspect of combat.
i would buy multiple copies of valdis story 2
So you are having issues and start a thread about them ... and start polluting other threads? C'mon man!
