Based entirely on what you've told us about your build, I'd say your planning and strategy are solid; you put in just enough luck to get 5 with the boost from the Murderous Raiment, and are using the Murderous Raiment, which has a +Crit Chance, on an Agility based build. Simple yet brutally effective.
However, if your lack of recovery is an issue (And on Goibniu mode, it'd be THE issue, definitely) there's a few options.
- Respec to a strength build once you get the Soul of the Purifier, and switch to the Fighter's Bandages if you intend to fight unarmed (Otherwise, keep the weighted bracers.) Stay in Dark Affinity for the Life Leech. Only put 20 Str, and the rest in Agi/Luck. I pulled up a file and respecced like this to provide some numbers for you, and Reina still had 49% crit with 143 attack (Enforcer not yet maxed, either.) This was with 20 str, 11 Agi, and like 8 luck.
- Keep the Agi build but make a few adjustments. Perhaps consider getting "Zeal" from the middle tree (1% HP healed when hitting an enemy afflicted with Reckoning) and using the Golden Talons to rack hits up quickly? I know it's not a huge amount, but if you can avoid getting hit too too often, the little heals will add up. (Alternatively, I guess you could upgrade the Soul of the Guardian to level 2, and try to cast it when the Murderous Raiment will buff the next spell, just throw it out at medium to high HP on occasion, just to top yourself off.)
These are the two ideas likely to have the least drastic effect on your overall playstyle, based on the stats you've shared. I'm assuming these would be preferable over... say... "going pure mage."
- Use Monk Robe during focus (extremely important, huge dmg boost) mode and Fighting Bandages acc (scales better than default acc). Try farming a bit more so you can buy the health upgrades being sold on the towns.
- Her starting side spell that is a sphere around her blocks damage and removes debuff, except silence, for obvious reasons. Very important against poison and anti-healing.
- Spells switch to dark affinity to heal through life steal, mostly in late game and faster mov speed; early and mid you'll use the healing spell. Don't forget to switch to neutral during bosses for extra penetration.
I'm not doin' it for the achievement though, my goal is to get a rank 2-5, I think that last run was good enough until Leilodin finished me when he had 0.000000001 hp.
I never managed my soul affinity and it's a big mistake from my part. Are there easy way to get high soul affinity numbers? Neutral seems to boost physical damage and might be the way to go until I get into the very lategame and can then switch to dark affinity.
I already had the "1%" lifeleach from reckoning, but it really wasn't enough, killing that purple tiger during the leilodin fight took me an eternity and my life was only goin' down even if I managed to land very very long combos. Maybe getting back my skill cancels on successful dodges should be the way to go?
Is the level 1 monk robe good enough though? I don't think I can handle more mat farming, it would just ruin my timer.
I think I'll try again tonight. I might have some more questions. At least using the Fighter's bandage usage should be an improvement with no real downside.
Monk's robe bonus should be the same whatever its level.
Soul affinity depends on the gear and spells you have equipped and some skills, but Reina has no skill which gives affinity points.
Affinity gives you bonuses depending on your stats. For every 5 points you have in a stat, you gain a bonus. You can check those bonuses in the Quick spell menu. To sum it :
- Neutral : 5 Str = +5 Armor Ruin/5 Agi = +5% Crit Damage/5 Int = +5 Spell Ruin/5 Luck = +10 max HP
- Light : 5 Str = +5 Armor/5 Agi = +5% Attack Speed/5 Int = +25% MP Regen/5 Luck = +12,5% Assist power
- Dark : 5 Str = +2% Life Leech/5 Agi = +5% Run Speed/5 Int = +2% Mana Leech/5 Luck = +5% Affliction Chance
Those bonuses cap at 20 in each stat, but can be uncapped by levelling your character beyond 20 (thanks to Goibniu markings), in which case it's 25 at level 21, 30 at level 22, and so on.
As for Leilodin, I highly recommand using Kantae, this assist is incredibly usefull, as he stuns everything, Bosses included, and it's screen-wide, meaning it will also stun the Lion, AND his healing bypasses Corruption, which Leilodin do inflict.
I'm almost positive that the reckoning ability is 1% of your max HP per hit, which is pure garbage, while the dark affinity is 1% of your damage, which should give you 20 to 50 per hit, depending on enemy
Grab the Gladiator Armor or whatever its name to get a free Focus charge when low on HP. Obviously you'll want to use it during bosses, and farming Focus prior to fights / avoid using against certain bosses that you don't really need to.
Also try to not go above this point, otherwise it'll glitch and go negative, not registering. And some numbers of trash enemies so you can compare to see if you're farming too much.

For example, on a magic-based build, 20 Int could be 20 Spell Ruin, An increased MP regen of 100%, or 8% HP drain with dark magic only. As you can see, each of these has a completely different impact on the battle. You can shift stuff around to get whichever effect you like.
Fortunately, you only need 10 to one side of the scale to tip it; 10 Light and 30 Light affinity both get the exact same thing from stats (although Wyatt does have two skills, Holy order and Black Blessing, that benefit from having more affinity.) Since each spell gives +2 towards that side, that means that, for example, setting all the Fire spells sets you at +8 Dark instantly. From there, any dark weapon, armor, or accessory is enough.
... of course, with Reina, you may have some neutral spells set, which complicates things slightly. Still, you can balance a good crit rate with the murderous raiment and Str for Life Leech, as well as the totem weapon (Soul Collector) if you need more Dark affinity (since it counts as unarmed, as well, and gives bonus Def/ MP regen.) Heck, once the totem is upgraded, it gives a lot more Dark Affinity, and you could potentially keep 4 neutral spells set and still be fine with just the weapon + armor.
... I'm making this sound more complicated than it really is. Just play around with Light/Dark weapons, armor, accessories, and spells (assists do not count towards your affinity, from what I can tell) and get a feel for it.
Though I'm not familiar with the mechanics of that finisher to know if it's possible to make it consistent that Gilda shows up. If it's not possible to consistently get Gilda, then it's too risky for Goibniu.
Still my damage was kinda low, even with the fighter bandages, it takes me a long time just to kill that pink panther.
I'll take a break, this is the dumbest death and the run was basically over :/
It's not 100% consistent, but it's probably better than dealing with the lion. Use Kantae when you have to replace the totem to prevent Leilodin escaping the stunlock. You can't drop the stunlock after Leilo is below 75%, as she starts blocking with the purple shield.
Don't be too discouraged; the fact that you can make it there multiple times - and even manage to beat Leidolin - is impressive. I'm cheering you on! No pressure, though. Just do it when you feel up to it. *thumbs up*
