You'd actually be surprised. When you're going for a nearly perfect ending, this check is one of the biggest pains in the game. It has a lot of checks to pass it, but none of those are the small checks you need to make for some of the early on harder checks that are relevant to your ending (except maybe the economics check). So, if you actually want to be a politically saavy princess that maintains some level of control over your kingdom, you'll probably fail this. Also, if you aim for the combat and military route, she's bound to fail it as well.
On most normal playthroughs, you're going to pass this one, but once you're trying for specific endings, this check becomes the bane of your existence.
