Join Battle/Training Server not working

Training Server and Join Battle both don't work, tried in different days, tried again and again and I can only play offline, any idea why? Also I have no idea what my callsign is and I've reinstalled the game even.

It doesn't even try to do anything(load), as I click "An unknown error occured. Please try again or try offline mode" instantly.

have you tried disabling any firewalls?

are you able to ping and tracert auth.playnet.com?

I have solved the issue, no I couldn't ping or tracert auth.playnet.com

I had to manually add the Google DNS to my network and flush my DNS.
