Report a translation problem
A rule of thumb in game development is that a dev team must be able to reproduce a bug in order to identify and eliminate it. So a sincere thank you to all of you who offered details of your steps or explained where you were/what you were doing when you encountered the bug -- this is exactly the kind of help the team is seeking. Clear communication leads to more efficient bug squashing!
1. When changing the screen to a windowed non-widescreen format ie. 1280x1024 the UI doesn't scale properly and things get cut off
2. Even after this latest patch I got stuck in a fight using controller maybe I pressed the buttons too fast . but it is just stuck in combat doing nothing.. I can still toggle the health bars.
Ahh that must be it. No identify option for *mace*, and my Bish is wielding an anointed mace currently.
This may also affect names of loot as reported in the log if you have the items already. The *mace* in my inventory was looted as "anointed mace" from the chest in the log, even though it did not go to the Bishop directly.
First Samurai has Plate Mail, Helm, Shield +1. Should be 0, shows as -5 in party window (but not in roster view). Purchased a Shield +1 for a second Samurai who had the same gear except Large Shield so her previous AC was 1. Equipped it, left maze, shows as 0. Rebooted game, both Samurai showing -5 in the party view.
Serious, it's great fun to see the game 42 years later :))

Bugs:
Did run into a focus handling bug right at the start. Return was tied to switcing between windowed mode and full screen. Possibly a result of me switching between windows (alt-tab) during startup. (yeah, Grandpa got ADHD).
Also, when creating a char (Adding Raffzahn is the first thing I do in every Game since >40 yrs). After 5 char types it closed the line. had to retype, did work the second time typing slow.
With two incapatiated characters (one dead one paralyzed) visiting the temple runs into a display bug. After selecting the dead one (was the second listed with a higher price) he gets heald, but no further list is shown. pressing retrund or space yield a 'not enough gold' message, with no indication why and about what. I assume the game imagnes a list with the other (paralysed) character. Leving the temple and returning shows a list with one entry.

Comments/Wishes:
The somewhat unusualy split between training ground and tavern was back then due screen real estate (and didn't matter as everything was new) but seems quite confusing nowadays. Maybe some hints on screen would be nice.
In general it would be helpful to add a context driven help screen, possibly tied to F1, explaining all keyboard actions (and maybe why).
Likewise maybe adding a tiny 1-2 page manual to the stream page?
Unlike back then, when changing games took ages ... if there were others at all ... frustration levels are mowadays rather low and much other stuff availible to switch for.
Scrolling in (new, added) text boxes should as well work with up/down ans W/S. Beside that those boxes could be screen sized to start with - the game is paused anyway.
It woudl be nicht if the original screen could be scaled and moved left, like above the mini map?

I think this is also true for curing paralysis. Kind of annoying if you need to do more than one thing at the temple.
That's just quantum entanglement for ya :)
Sometimes the combat log will also come unanchored at the bottom and you'll need to scroll down to reach the most recent messages.
