Super stupid noob question

How do I get back to the inn to resurrect my party? Again, I know it's stupid and basic, but I just can't find it.

i think you need to found the body or something with a another party.

Bring another party down to that same tile in the dungeon. Bring up camp menu and add them to the party. Must have spaces in the party or swap them out.

I finally figured out that you have to WALK OUT of the dungeon! "Return to town" doesn't take your party back to town. Such a confusing mechanic.

Think of "your" character as the one controlling the party. So when you "go back to town" you leave the characters there. Unless, as you saw, they actually walk out themselves.

It takes YOU back to the town so you can recruit a new party etc.
