Best way to change Alignment
Hi there,
Can someone please give a suggestion on what are the best, fastest ways to change Alignment: Good to Evil and Evil to Good?
Or even: What are the best, fastest ways to get Friendly encounters?

I played every (really) Wizardry game, including this one on SNES and PSX. I don't remember Friendly encounters being so rare! Maybe the Devs could see into it (upping the Friendly encounter rate and maybe the change alignment rate). Also, it takes longer than in other versions for combat to begin (the animations), which only makes the process take longer...

Thanks!

everything takes longer...

the friendly encounter alignment change thread is very thin. as for a content experience it seems like an odd goal to me. i suggest dropping it altogether and add something more interesting. like an altar of chance that can change your alignment or change you into a wombat.

How to get friendly encounters? Be a good party. Evil parties don't get them AFAIK.

As far as changing alignment goes, fighting friendlies might (MIGHT) change a character from good to evil. Evil to good is probably much more convoluted, if it's even possible. Can I humbly suggest starting as the alignment you want to be?

Thank you both for your points! Yea, I know about the "first character in party defines the party's alignment" detail as well. I may just wait for updates and go back to Wizardry: The Five Ordeals for a while. This game is already good and very promising, I just hope the developers keep at it and give us more and more options.
