which version to play as a first timer?

im a little confused with the dlc package that i purchased. do i play the original version first and then the dlc or should i just start with the latest expansion (2016)? am i going to miss something if i skip the original?

after a little bit of digging i went with the 2016 latest dlc. i believe they are all the same story. plus apparently you have to do the latest expansion if you to get the achieves.

Hello Chief,

In addition to the base (Go! Go! Nippon) game, you'll need both the DLC packs in order to visit every location and earn every achievement and CG.

The base game was made a few years ago now and only has a handful of locations you can learn about and visit, while the 2015 and 2016 expansions double the amount of content and the still sprites are now rendered using the eMOTE system.

If you have the base game + both DLC packs purchased, you'll want to select the 2016 addition from the pop-up when you go to the play the game. That way you're guaranteed to be playing a version of GGN with all of the content included.

Does i have to buy the dlc 2015 to get the full storie or i just need to buy the game with the 2016 dlc ? I mean the 2015 content in also included in the 2016 content right ?
