Aspects/dragon colors?

I see there are some achievements to beat the game with different aspetcs/colors for the dragon, but how do you change the color? I couldn't find any option

They are located in the middle row of the talents section. You can toggle between them before a run. You will have to defeat Molthrax to unlock the green aspect.
