How do I read an art book?

I bought Master Reboot with the DLC which included an art book but I have no idea how to read it. Can anyone help me with this?

I don't have the deluxe edition but in most cases it should be in the same steam game directory.

Go to your game library. Right click on Master Reboot. Select properties. Go to local files tab. Click on BROWSE Local files. Find your art book.
