The controls aren't working?

I tried playing this game with keyboard and mouse and I also tried to play with a PS4 controler but it doesn't seem to work like it should.

Any idea how to fix that problem?

Floppy hand doesn't work right with XBOX ONE controller.

I got it to work. You can't control the hand directly. You can only point the thumb stick in the general direction of the circled object and then press the right shoulder button. It's a very awkward control scheme considering there are so many other buttons you could map to these actions, but it works.

the controls with controller won't recognize almost half the people as anything i can interact with. i have to use the mouse to aim at them and then it works. but i can't figure out how to left dpad to change stickers on keyboard. there is no explanation of the controls in any of the menus. this is a very poorly designed game.
