Laptops needs to not use the intergrated graphic cards, Intel cards has a really big issue, So on nvidea set the correct graphic card setting.
That dosen't work try this to turn on vertical sync.

If so, you could try going to the Nvidia Control Panel and following the steps below:
1. Launch Nvidia Control Panel
2. Manage 3D Settings
3. Program Settings
4. Select Stick it to the Man from the drop down, or select add to add it
5. Scroll down to Vertical Sync
6. Set to "On"

Last but not least windows usually tries to tell you something is wrong with the resulotion in the lower right corner, troubleshoot that and its my last tip.
