Game doesn't start up

I start up the game and only get past credits early on and then my game freezes. I get a message my resoultion switches have failed. Any suggestions?

Hey, sorry to see you're experiencing an issue. Please could you try playing at a different resolution to see if you still get the freeze? (You can change the resolution in the launcher when you boot the game from Steam)
