The game doesn't launch!

I've installed it twice, then when I try to open the game it simply doesn't start! Any advice? Thanks in advance.

No idea if this will help or not, but have you tried running it as Administrator?

I've just solved!!!!
just download this file at http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?xinput1_3
You have to download the correct version for your windows (32 or 64)
Then you gotta copy the xinpu1_3.dll file into C:/Windows/System32...done! Open your Barbie game and have fun! Hope you liek it :)

You need to install DirectX 9.

Hey ColdBrew, it's not a directx issue, it's just xinput1_.dll issue. Anyways, thanks for helping! :)
