Two tips

1) Right now, the coins stay collected when you die. This is generous, but it means some of them are non-challenges: you don't need to dash out of the spike pit they're in, you can just fall into the pit, collect the coins, die, and stop worrying.

2) Try to speed up loading/respawn times. A great example in this genre is Sunblaze.
