Game forces me to play with integrated graphic card

I just brought the game and after I finished setting up most of the graphical settings, I noticed that the game is only using my integrated graphic card to render the game. Of course I'm searching a way to change the graphic card to the dedicated one, but sadly there are no option for me to change into it. I have tried changing it using the Windows' graphic settings but to no avail.

I'm running a bellow recommended settings and I thought I could at least tweak the settings so I can play at least around 30 fps.
I'm using Radeon RX560X laptop graphics card. Any help/information would be appreciated (other than just talking me into buying new laptop with higher specs/just build a damn pc since I have no budget on that atm).
