Game frozen after knight of the dying sun

I'm having an issue where after the boss fight Knight of the Dying Sun right after I beat him, the game freezes completely, it seems to be freezing when I get to the rewards screen, it shows me the border but no rewards.

I am wondering if there's a fix or anyone else if having this issue?
