Been playing wukong its pretty good so far, not that graphically impressive tbh. FFXVI is an absolute masterpiece though

It was a complete slog. I just pushed on during the second half and forced myself to power through it.

OST is phenomenal though. but that’s expected of any FF.

I didn't watch any reviewers, but how come when I read about public opinion, it's either "a really good FF" or "I can't finish it or I wish the rest of the game was as captivating as the demo"

Without spoiling you the game reaches a point in the middle where you’re burdened with (optional) MMO-like fetch quests on top of the already MMO-like structure of MAIN story quests. it gets worse as the story heads towards to the end of the game and makes it feel like a chore to finish. it took a little over a week for me to beat the game, but it felt longer because I forced myself to drudge through it to see the ending.

Really a meh comparison. Black myth will be yesterday whatever by tine this comes out. A better comparison would be this vs ys x.

I have it on 4K Ultra Ray tracing, most beautiful pc game ever. You must be on a crappy 1080p lcd or something.

I got the asus rog 4K 240 QDOLED 140 ppi..so i know that helps alot, but still, its very impressive visually.

Also played FF16 demo, its beautiful but wukong kills it in graphics, still looks console like ff16.

Demos are almost never using the same version as launch. It's usually several versions behind launch. Once the demo is stable they don't touch it unless a severe bug is found.

Unfortunately it could be pretty much true. Check how SE dealt with KH Steam release. Check if they did fix AMD issue or any other that was fixed by mods
