What causes the weird flickering when looking at the sky

Ive tried with vrr off on, vsync on off. No difference. Anyone else experience this?

Also experiencing this. Specially notorious on the first goblin area, after defeating the boss, the next couple of cutscenes in that place were hurting my eyes because the fog was constantly flickering. It was only the white fog so it standed out a lot.
I also percieved that same flicker to a minor extent in the Rosaria castle, but with the skybox and some shadows.
Don't know the cause yet.

Im using Linux and have this issue, thought it was related, but if happening on windows too then must be a shader issue with the demo.
