If you don't have an SSD in 2024, it's not a matter of overpriced, it's just you being broke. Game runs like ♥♥♥♥ anyway, and I have a very high spec PC. Looks like you should focus your resources elsewhere, like spending the $50 for a 1 TB SSD instead.

maybe if you talk about the claims Sony makes for the PS5 SSD... but in really a SSD does help a good bit, its not a scam.
