Report a translation problem
I had the same problem with a very similar computer (Ryzen 5950X / 64GB RAM / RTX3080).
In my case, I looked in the event viewer and found a CPU related error (WHEA 18). It turns out that many months ago I had configured in Ryzen Master an option called ‘Curve Optimizer Mode’ that does a kind of automatic undervolt. It never gave me any problems in these months, but I just deactivated it and everything started to work correctly (in fact I finished the demo just now).
I don't know if your case is the same but it worked for me.

Every Game runs except FF16 Demo:
Bluescreen after play button or in the menue.
tried: new MB Bios, new AMD Chipsatz Driver, newest Nvidia Driver for FF16
nothing works.
Bluescreen with the Message
Critical Process Died
Update: directly after FF16 Demo, every Game is crashing with a bluescreen...
checked windows event viewer:
ID 161 volmgr -bluescreen -could be the PSU.
Checked MSI Center - thats the problem.
Every voltage was extremly low.
changed the be quiet 12M 1000W with an NZXT C1200 - everything works.
crazy....
