i have a rtx 3060 and the game is running at 30 or less fps in normal settings and if i use dlss 3 or fsr 3 the is running even worst ... why , why square is give us the most worst ports to pc , ive been waiting one year for this ...

All games nowadays are made by bad new developers with 0 experience in developing. Thats why everything is so bad and unoptimized. If i install some few year old game why do i get hundreds of fps? Does it looks much worse? No. It looks almost the same, yet i get 5-10 times more fps

I mean, a 3060 isn't exactly a powerful card. It's a budget card for a reason. Play at lower resolutions that support the card and you never even mentioned what CPU you have. Gaming is not only about the GPU. You need a CPU that can handle the load as well. Maybe don't get into PC gaming if you don't understand the basics of PC gaming.

I mean, you never even gave any details on exactly what settings you're using, what resolution you're playing at, or anything of importance like that. So without any specifics on your complete hardware setup, as well as software setup, your post holds no weight. Just saying You have a 3060 you're getting poor performance, which means very little. For all we know you're trying to play at 4K resolution and of course, you're not going to be able to play a 4K resolution even on lower settings with a 3060. It's not built for that. Give full details on the settings you're using, as well as your complete hardware setup, and what resolution you're playing at. All of this matters. Even software on your computer can affect your performance, or playing on an HDD instead of an SSD. Your GPU is only one component of the whole computer. It does not do everything...

I have fine 35-50 fps with AMD 7800x3D and RTX3060.
use DLSS Quality. No Dynamics and run 1440p.

Nah, it's basically a 6650XT, which is nearly 20% faster than the 3060 and 2070. The 2060 is quite a bit slower than any of them.

My Steamdeck can manage 30FPS in this game. Try harder.
