Low FPS on The Hideaway

I have been playing in 4k at a practically constant 60 fps until I reached The Hideaway where the game does not go above 22-25 FPS. Does it happen to anyone else?

My pc is a 5800x3D + RTX 3080 + 32 GB RAM. Everything high with FSR3+Frame Gen.

Any fix?

I don't even exceed 30 FPS in the entire game and my computer is an msi laptop Intel Core i7-12700H RAM It has 16 GB, which meets this requirement.

Same specs and was getting lower FPS there. Use DLSS3 and dynamic resolution scaling, it's much better for Nvidia cards.

Turning NPC and clutter density seemed to help a lot, everything else can be high. At around 50-60fps at 4k in hideaway, but need DLSS3 and dynamic resolutionenabled.
