Sorry to hear that you're having issues, is there an option to turn down shadows? I assume the Hideaway might be quite intensive.
Dont have the game yet but I do have the 3070. I'm always running in 2k, whats performance like when you start using dlss balanced, simon?

same fps, balance or quality doesn't make any difference

Same problem here. Changing settings does not make any difference to the performance.

I have Ryzen 9 5900X, RTX 3080 and 128gb of ram.

Areas with lots of NPCs seem to be really demanding.

R7-5800X, RTX 3060TI, 64GB of RAM 3200MHz, 30fps in highway, around the same in the forest just after. The demo was running without any FPS drop around 60/70 if I remember correctly. Changing the graphic, low or high, or DLSS3 quality did not change anything. Only FSR3 + FG (got around 70/80fps on the forest) but the game still feel really laggy

I noticed my FPS drop there too, from 120 to around 80-90. I realize that's still very playable, I'm not complaining, but something about that area is definitely performance intensive compared to the ones before it.

Well at least it shows it's not only because of our rigs :)
