DLC or no DLC

Heyo,

i plan to buy FF16, but i am not sure if the DLCs are worth it. I have been rather good in avoiding any spoilers regarding the game, but that also means i have no idea what those dlcs add and if they are worth it. So if anybody would be so kind to share their opinion of them, that would be very helpful.

I believe they're worth it. Haven't played them myself but I've been somewhat spoiled about what they have and they add another like 6 to 10 hours to the game depending on how slow or fast you play.

From what I've read DLCs add a lot of gameplay but they do not add anything to the main story, so if it turns out you really enjoy the combat the DLC will be worth it

In my opinion the second DLC more than makes up for the first, and both together add about 15-20 hours of content. So i'd say its worth it. If for some reason you're on the fence you could always just buy the base game then spend the additional $20 if you liked the base game enough

Combat is garbage compared to FF7 remake, so wouldn't advice!

Thanks for the info, it seems like they do add alot of content, am i correct in assume that they somewhat "round out" the experience, improve the base-game or is it more in the lines of if you liked the base-game, here is more of the same?
