no they did not forbid anything, just asked to not go completly wild, but well by even mentioning it they should know it will go the same path how ff7 remake is.
I would even argue this game wouldnt get that much nude modding attention if they hadnt bring it up (at least i couldnt find much on hentai for it, given that the game is out for quite some time now on the ps5) in the first place, no the internet will definitley go berserk.
