Try following. Change the game to Borderless not Fullscreen. Use AMD FSR and no DLSS and set the frame rate to 60 frames. In Windows, set FF16 to High Performance in the Display Settings/Graphics Settings. If you're using an Nvidia card, please use version 572.83 instead of driver 576.02, as FF16 isn't playable with the latest Nvidia driver. This is currently a driver bug. With these settings the game currently runs stable on my 4060 TI 16GB

If you happen to use a crack, don't use the RUNE one, because it crashes the game. Use the Tenoke one.

It probably targets newer gpus and since you have a 3060 your fine. But just incase which settings do you use?
