[Rising Tide Spoilers] what do we make of the secret eikon?

hi so i wanna ask about the new eikon you can get in the dlc, what is ultima's feat good for? it doesn't benefit from limitbreak and outright stops it, doesn't benefit from berserker ring either. i guess it does more damage than base attacks without limitbreak, but is it worth using? i think theres a use for it, i saw somebody talk about using bombardment bit with this feat as it does benefit from it, but would the plan be to mindlessly attack the enemy, perhaps weaving in abilities for extra will damage, then idk. would it be good, after dishing your abilities at max multiplier, just to hit again with ultima's feat?

my point is it seems to me this feat replaces your base attacks but i am doubtful it makes these actually better to use.

ultima's abilities are fine mind, proselityze especially really seems good to me, its just his feat that i'm unsure about
