Ring of Timely Strikes

Im about 7 hours in and im still using this ring is that bad? Honestly it's super handy the way it just auto combos but would it be more effective if I did them myself and equip a more buff accessory?

The combos do not get fun until you get your second Eikon. Then the combos really open up.

I just barely unlocked the 2nd one and hell yeah its fun, I just like the ring still cuz it makes comboing so much easier, I assume late game though im gonna need all the best in slot accessories though?

If you're good with losing out an accessories slot then it's fine to use it, honestly with this ring equipped you will miss out some cool mechanic later on.

I never even thought about using it. I imagine it should be great for those who just want to enjoy the story and have no interest in combat. But if you ever intend to take part in combat, then you should probably stop using it before it accustoms you to button mashing the same button.

Well, the combos doesnt seem to crazy complicated to perform anyways, I should just be less lazy lol

Combat in this game is fun but it is also super basic all the way throughout so you are not missing out on anything.

Combat in this game is just spam all abilities and then spam dodge with a few attacks inbetween until you get them back and repeat so you can use it as much as you want without feeling like there is some complex system you are missing out on

To me it reminds me a bit of Mortal Combat getting a long combo in. And trying to find more move I might be able to put into my next combo.

Combat is spammy and ring makes it still spammy but less annoying. Up to you.

The only ring I ever used was the dog one. Without it I would not use the Torgal much, and even without the ring I've seen him use his "heals" from time to time and other abilities.

The Ring of Timely Strikes includes the auto dog function so... :-\
