Freeze during Cutscene and no way to progress, Save file or fix anyone?

Hi guys i rly love this game so far but i'm now stuck at a Chance Encounter, the Cutscene after defeating Tiamat won't load and i can't skip it either, does anybody have a savefile from the following chapter/quest (Hide, Hideaway) or the one after or knows how to solve this issue?
I own the steam version with all dlc's.

I tried this, Pause for a minute or 2 and resume. Every time the cut-scene changes, do the same. Helped me before upgrading my PC.

This is happening to me, too, albeit with different cutscenes. I'm really early in the game, basically just started. Uninstalling FFXVIFix solved the first cutscene freeze, but now it's freezing during a different cutscene, just a few minutes later in the game. This is with vanilla FFXVI; no way to progress.

You lust lower framerate limit, by default 240 makes them slow down

Mine is set to 240 already
