So yeah I just put in refund for the new Rebirth game coming out - why bother give them my money and stress added
I had to wait about a year before modders figured out what the issue was with Intergrade, not making that mistake again.

Have you tried rolling back to driver version 561.09? Thats what I'm on, and a few people also with high end gpus claimed that helped them too.
Though it was never a problem booting, so it could be something else. Still, perhaps worth a try? I've also heard some people say turning rebar off helped them.
I had no issues with FFX HD and FF12ZA, but again these are 2000-ish PS2 games.
It's a shame Capcom choose to restrict buyers like that, i'm sure they will miss somes sales on people with more modest pcs
