I have an Acer XF243Y Pbmiiprx monitor that runs at 165 FPS and can do Freesync. But I disabled Freesync and set it to 60 FPS, and only have VSync set to On in NVIDIA Control Panel. Just want a stable 60 FPS that doesn't fluctuate, and without working my system harder for extra FPS, just to be safe.
Everyone's hair looks great, sharp and clear strands. The 60 FPS scenes look very nice, everything feels immersive. Does anyone have a save file at Lostwing or the hideout that I can test with?
Here is my settings, please let me know if everything's good.

Sorry it isn't working well for you although you have a similar setup.
I mainly just used the FFXVIFix.ini to help with performance and graphics. I used this guide by Oxford King on Youtube for how to set it up. Do every step exactly as he says, and also read his pinned comment (especially if you have 40 series GPU) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGj205OHxgY
Let me know if it helps any.
Also, it runs great maxed out on my 4090, obviously. But it does take 22GB of VRAM to do so.
22 GB VRAM? Talk about terrible optimization!
The game does not even look all that great.
Jesus, the developers are really lazy nowadays, expecting us to constantly fork out money in order to play the latest games.
