FPS tanking too often
Hi, I've been enjoying the game a lot, but since the Garuda fight, the game sometimes started tanking the frames to 20~25ish. Now it happens even after doing some fast traveling too, and I need to restart the game every time it happens to get the normal fps.
I'm using a RX 6600 and an I5 11400, the game without FSR3 or Framegen has gotten at the lowest 30 fps at 1080p with a mix of medium-high settings on a zone of Rosaria with a ton of vegetation. Tried upgrading to beta drivers, but it made the fps worse.

the game is unoptimize and dynamic resolution is a must. you have to have it on the game was design with it in mind due to it being a PS5 port. enable dynamic res scaling

I did start using dynamic resolution, the problem is that the game starts good, the tanks, for example, I load my save file on the Hideout, starts at 66-70 fps with FSR3 mid-high settings, then I fast travel to Lostwing, the game goes to 40 (it's a heavy place), then I fast travel to the hideout again, now it's at los 60s, travel to Lostwing starts dropping to high 30s, hideout again, 50ish, Lostwing, 20s, then it becomes just 20s and not even restarting the game fixes that, and I need to restart my PC to actually start working as intended again.

Mine just random stutters in towns and hideout...game needs a couple of patches for sure.

this sounds like a VRAM bottleneck as in the GPU doesn't have enough VRAM so it has to transfer many of the assets to and from system RAM which is alot slower which can cause massive performance drops. even at 1080p the game has such a high VRAM Usage its insane. my RX 6800 has 16GB and at 1440 its almost maxing out my VRAM sometimes
