FF16 for rich people
This game made only for rich people who owns 4090

When I try to play it, Square enix sends me quick text destroying my game ( The Operation completed successfully ).

I'm playing on Rog Ally Z1 Extreme, I will wait for update, I can't get through some cutscenes.

I only have a 4070s and the game works fine for me, you don't need a 4090 to play this game lol.

Deleting shader cache got me past that issue a few times but instead of that it just crashes the whole OS, ally Z1 extreme I think can use 6gb video ram, maybe this game does need the full 8gb until square Enix fixes memory leak optimizes it better, I do some programming so trying to collect data still, I know so far it doesn't crash on a Linux based system steam deck runs that can allocated video card memory better than windows 11

The game was made for people who own PS5's.

The game's indeed very heavy, even the 4090 have problems running it at 4k, on the PS5 it ran at 720p sometimes, the game use some kind of software RT and it destroys performance on mid range GPU,thankfully upscaling and FG are there to save performance, if they stripe all of these RT tech out of the game it could become very dark or the shadows won't look as good anymore.
I hope SE or modder find a way to replace these software RT with other techniques which have lighter cost on the GPU so people with a 3060 or lower tier GPU can enjoy the game.

I heard it's fine on a 4070

Actually its not, this thing supposedly can run on older hardware. I wouldn't buy it just yet, its still buggy and un-playable for some, myself included. I would wait until they fix it.

4070 user here, getting 144 to 120 fps and 90 on cities or towns. Nothing to worry about

There are three settings in this game that you need to know about if you want to play it at decent FPS while still looking great:

Graphical Fidelity: Medium
Shadow Quality: Mid
Dynamic Resolution: On

Everything else you can max out if you have a card similar to 3070 or better @1440p.

Also, cap the FPS at 60 and enjoy. I was struggling a lot, but these 3 settings are the most impactful according to Digital Foundry and it really works. I was struggling a lot and now I have a nearly perfect flatline 60 FPS experience.
