the game uses GPU0 - copy instead of CPU0 - 3D
this issue probably is the reason why I'm stuck at 20 frame rate -.- or even low performance all over the place. the application using GPU0 - COPY which from what I understood it doesn't fully utilize my graphics card even when it say 100% ( probably using cpu ?) how do I force the application to run 3D even when I tried to change the settings in graphics settings to high performance for the game it self it still uses GPU0 - COPY.

if you have a similar issue like me please open the game then check task manger , GPU egnine ti will you which GPU the game is using.

This game seems to suck in resources for little reason. Both Cpu and Gpu are around 80-100% no matter the settings or fps cap. Something is not right with this game

exactly :/ no matter what hardware you have, what you will get is random and it is all over the place....

Task manager displays whatever has most usage on the Processes tab
Check on the Performance->GPU tab

Edit:
Copy at 100% might indicate that your card is in the wrong slot on the motherboard, please check! It might also mean you have a laptop and GPU is using shared RAM memory or has not enough VRAM overall.

A GPU engine represents an independent unit of silicon on the GPU that can be scheduled and can operate in parallel with one another. For example, a copy engine may be used to transfer data around while a 3D engine is used for 3D rendering. While the 3D engine can also be used to move data around, simple data transfers can be offloaded to the copy engine, allowing the 3D engine to work on more complex tasks, improving overall performance. In this case both the copy engine and the 3D engine would operate in parallel.
