Steam deck playable
If you set your expectations low along with all your settings , this game is just about playable on steam deck , play around with the FSR settings to find the right one.

I went with legacy TSCMAA+ FSR 1 and I'm getting about 24fps , it goes up and down a bit but it is playable , I have managed to do garuda and titan on steam deck

Small problem to note is that the steam deck will get hot and occasionally after an hour or so of play on a loading screen you might crash , luckily the game has a good autosaves so I never lost much progress.

Like I said it's playable but set your expectations low , it will stutter with lots of enemies.

Same experience. I use bpfland cpu scheduler and I get a better response when there's a lot of enemies and loading. Overall the game is playable with low quality: everything low with docked screen HDR 1080p, FSR1 Dynamic, Ambient Occlusion, Reflections & Bloom. I haven't tested undocked yet, But I expect better framerate undocked. The only thing, as your said, time to time the game hangs, but after hours of playing. I'm not sure this is about too hot but maybe denovo anti-tamperer. I think they can fix this.

I did a test today undocked (native 800p) and played around Three Reeds with some sidequests and battles and FPS is more good than enough. No stuttering at all, maybe a few FPS drop running fast or loadings of NPCs in Martha's village. After docking it back I couldn't resume until I set up external & internal screen resolution back to 1080p.

I would say "unsupported on steam deck" is more a pressure than a real thing, as the graphics needs to be at the lowest. Nonetheless I will give a try to set up some Medium quality in undocked mode as it might run smooth.

why even try to play a game on steam deck which fullfills clearly not the requirements ...
you´re nerds xD.

they should release in the near future a new more powerfull steam deck because the current one gets more and more trouble with the current gen games.

Is there a problem with nerds here? In Valve community? Steam Deck is the most tuneable and hackable device ever done for gaming. If you don't like it your can go to Microsoft.

Of course I'm waiting for a more powerful console, I would prefer Valve releases a set-top console even than a portable but this device is more powerful than most people think. You're Windows-crap biased.
