Slow motion when entering combat

I'm not sure what the cause of this is, but in the middle of a fight my movement seemed to slow down to slow motion almost. After the fight everything was fine but since then anytime i enter a battle my game just slows down all movement and actions in the game. Anyone maybe know the cause of this or if its a bug i've changed every setting i could and search everywhere for a solution but can't seem to find one that actually fixes the issue

I'm having the same issue. Upon entering a combat, everything seems to be moving in slow-mo. As if everything is moving 0.25x its intended speed.

To simulate what I am looking at, just watch a random youtube video of clive fighting and set it to 0.25x speed. That is what I'm looking at everytime I fight.

I had slow combat until I updated my drivers
